Hotel “Minsk”

The first building of the hotel “Minsk” was erected in 1958 in a style of Stalin classicism. It used to be a visiting card not only of the capital of Belarus - Minsk, but of the whole country. The building had 6 floors and 265 rooms for 447 lodgers.

The second building was erected and started to function in 1968. It had 7 floors and 105 rooms for 324 guests. Each room was equipped with telephone, TV-set, W.C. (except 5 rooms).

In 2001 the hotel was included into the national list of historical and cultural values of the Republic of Belarus.

The Minsk Hotel is situated in business and cultural life centre of the city. Saint Symon and Alena Cathedral (also known as “Red Cathedral”) and the Square of Independence can be seen from the windows of the Hotel. There are central railway and bus stations, airport “Minsk-1”, Central Post- Office, Dinamo Stadium, Trade Centre “Stolitsa” and Trinity Suburb nearby.

There are 252 rooms in the hotel, for example one is for newly weds, 1 VIP suite, 2 apartments (each of which consists of 3 rooms), and many other rooms affordable for everyone. All are furnished according to world standards and decorated with paintings. There are a climate control system, a smoke detector, direct inter-city and international calls, satellite TV, a mini-bar, the Internet, a safe, tea & coffee making facilities in each room.

There exist two types of booking in the Hotel:

Non-guaranteed -  on the day of the arrival and guaranteed. In order to order a room beforehand, contact phones of reservation department.

The price includes accommodation, breakfast in the buffet, VAT, and all other fees and taxes. Without extra payment are: fitness club attendance, parking service, luggage room.

    Direct flights to Minsk are available from - Berlin, Warsaw, Viene, Larnaka, London, Milan, Moscow, Paris, Prague, Rome, Stambul, Stockholm, Tel-Aviv and Frankfurt.

    More over, you can save money on tickets by using any of low-cost airlines which are flying to RIGA.  Flights RIGA - MINSK are held twice a day and cost around 80 euro.

    It's also convinient to get to Vilnius through budjet airlines like RyanAir and WizzAir and then take bus Vilnius - Minsk (3 hours).
