This restaurant-brewery was opened in historical part of Minsk in 1997. The building itself was erected in 1882 and it was decided not to change its spirit.
The restaurant has 2 levels. Three halls: Beer, Hunting and Sporting, and a bar are working on the first floor. In the bar you will be able to try 4 sorts of unfiltered beer and to see the process of its production because a small brewery is situated right there beyond the glass partition. The restaurant-brewery can seat 400 guests in summer.
Two halls: Viennese and Belarusian, and one small bar are on the second floor. In this bar you will have a chance to try three different sorts of beer.
Some visitors prefer to relax a terrace.
The dishes of Rakovskiy Brovar can please even the most exacting gourmets. Every new dish is advertised on a separate page of menu with the description of cooking. Most famous dishes become speciality of the house.
