Med Travel Belarus: 6 Years of Succes

We would like to tell you about our company activity results from 2010 to 2017. ur clients need to be sure that their treatment organization involves a reliable, responsible, and honest partner. That is why one of the most important management tasks of our company is the formation of trusting relationship with clients. We have organized treatment in Belarusian clinics for more than 1,500 foreign citizens since 2010. The first stage of our relationships is pre-planning and discussion of the upcoming treatment details with the client. The key role of this stage is quality of medical documents sent by client. Latest and high-quality scanned documents allow our staff doctors and doctors at the clinic making a best-matching treatment plan to the patient's actual needs. The second stage is the discussion of all the details of the plan, duration, and cost of treatment. It is also important to discuss organizational details:

• terms of the agreement
• convenient dates of stay
• how to get
• meeting at the railway station or airport
• options and price
• meals, payment methods
• return tickets
• personal manager escort, etc.

Our clients unanimously noted our work efficiency at the planning stage. Our staff will respond to email within an hour. In addition, we can talk on Skype, Viber, cell or telephone. The third stage is the client's arrival in Belarus and performing of the pre-specified program according to the schedule. The third stage became for our company the determining factor of the future success and prosperity. It is only due to the absence of the divergence in our words (stage 2) with the case (stage 3) we can leave our clients satisfied and get positive feedback. Therefore, our company can grow and attract new clients. Since 2010, the company management has done a lot to increase the confidence of foreign patients to medical services in Belarus. We give an overview of major events and initiatives implemented successfully in cooperation with the state structures of the Republic of Belarus (foreign consular office, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Sport and Tourism, the Health Committee of the Minsk City Executive Committee, etc).

Visiting Moscow Medical and Health Tourism Congress 2013.

It was the first largest specialized Congress on Medical Tourism to visit for the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Sport and Tourism of Belarus representatives. Tatiana Migal, the Deputy Chief of the organization on specialized medical care of the Ministry of Health of Belarus presented the report. Belarus was the only country of all CIS members, which has demonstrated its achievements in the health sector. The report was highly appraised, as the achievements of our doctors and health system were really impressive.

In December 2012

We organized the event "Opportunities for medical tourism in Belarus" together with the Embassy of Belarus in Poland, and the Ministry of Sport and Tourism of Belarus. The event was shown in Belarussian TV news programs. This event received the representatives from 15 health institutions of the Republic of Belarus. Many interesting reports were delivered about the opportunities of presented clinics with the emphasis on usability and accessibility of medical treatment to foreigners (including citizens of Poland). The event aroused great interest of the Polish media as well as it was widely covered by Belarusian television and print media.
